• coconut butter is recommended to store outside the refrigerator

  • in the refrigerator it will solidify and then wait until it starts to melt gently to work with it (like butter)

  • at higher temperatures in the summer, it will mostly be in a liquid state and will then work fine with it


  • coconut butter has a shelf life of about 10-12 months (or packaging)
