• if you get even more green bananas, leave them at room temperature (or preserve them in a paper bag and add an apple for faster maturation) and mature in a few days

  • if they are yellow, leave them out of the paper bag normally at room temperature

  • we do not recommend placing them in the refrigerator because they are black


  • depending on the phase you are arriving at, but max. in those 7 days you should have missed them
